Funny Error Message

Several months ago I made a post about a completely useless error message that a computer program had given me. Today I want to share with you another error message that I found funny.

This one WASN'T useless. Quite the contrary, it was a very useful message, telling me exactly why a particular service, which LOOKED like it ought to be running on a server, wasn't. However, it was the odd wording that I found funny. I know that computer programmers are not English majors, but somebody needed to teach this person about the economy of words:
