My Job

Here's an article I wasn't planning to read but I stumbled upon it yesterday. I thought, "Wow, this article--especially the first paragraph--pretty much sums up everything I do in my job."

I officially have authority over ONE person in the district, but I have to tell multiple other people every day what to do. It's a delicate thing that I've had to learn on the job. Wish I'd found the article five years ago!
