Mary Logan Blaine

On Friday, May 22, a memorial service was held for Mary Logan Blaine, Lisa's step-grandmother, who passed away a week before. As part of the memorial service, Lisa gathered photos from several family members and created a short movie that played in the church prior to the start of the service. Several family members and friends commented on the film and said they'd like a copy, so I uploaded it to Youtube. 

The original video had different music playing along with the photos (Carolyn Arends' "Seize the Day") but due to copyright concerns I replaced that music with the legal music below. It ain't so good, but then again, I'm not going to jail for breaking the law. Viewers can turn the computer speakers down and play their own music.

I just learned today that Youtube has a service called "Audio Swap" which allows you to swap out your soundtrack with a musical piece that Youtube has licensed. It's actually a pretty cool service and there are hundreds of pieces of music to choose from. Thus, I selected a song and replaced my original replacement with a song that's a little more appropriate. It's still not exactly what Lisa was shooting for, but it's a little closer.
